FY2022-Q2First statedAnnual report
「We recognized that H.I.F.’s new AI-based qualitative credit assessment business and financial business provide services needed to resolve important issues facing small and medium-sized enterprises. We therefore entered into this partnership because mutual collaboration with H.I.F. in providing services, in addition to the Company’s existing business areas, will enable us to offer a broad range of solutions meeting every corporate need, regardless of a company’s stage or challenges.
As one example of a specific initiative going forward, beyond upselling and cross-selling through our customer base, we can link BIZMAPS, the Company’s corporate database, with credit information calculated by H.I.F.’s AI-based qualitative credit assessment model and its antisocial forces screening function. This will enable the creation of target lists of companies accompanied by credit information and antisocial forces screening results, improve the likelihood of appointments and orders in sales support, and provide necessary information for management activities such as assessing the collectability of receivables and screening for antisocial forces.
In addition, by providing our strengths in ① technology, ② the use of cloud workers and ③ extensive accumulated data and proprietary expertise, we will contribute to improving the learning efficiency and screening capabilities of H.I.F.’s AI-based qualitative credit assessment model and enhancing its corporate value, thereby increasing the corporate value of the Group as a whole.」
On 9 March 2022, the Company acquired shares and stock acquisition rights in H.I.F., resulting in a post-acquisition voting interest of 14.98%. It outlined plans to link BIZMAPS with AI credit assessment and antisocial forces screening to improve the accuracy of sales targets, assess the collectability of receivables and provide management information.
