The objectives were cross-selling, team formation combining experienced employees with young freelancers, digital transformation proposals, and expansion of sales capabilities, recruitment capabilities and access to customers. The acquisition price was ¥321.320 million for the shares, with an estimated total of ¥346.320 million including related expenses. The post-acquisition ownership ratio was scheduled to be 100.0%, funded through internal funds and bank borrowings.
