The reasons the company gives

The company's own explanation, not something inferred from the numbers.

The purpose is to enhance the benefits provided to shareholders, increase their practical convenience and value, enhance the investment appeal of the Company's shares, and encourage more shareholders to hold the shares over the medium to long term. Although the Company expects an increase in material costs resulting from greater use of the free-service vouchers, it can accommodate the increased usage through store expansion and surplus capacity at existing stores. As no additional personnel, rent or advertising expenses are expected, the impact on consolidated results is considered minor.
