The Convano Group operates four businesses, centered on its nail business: consulting, healthcare, and investment and advisory services. Its distinguishing features include operating nail salons primarily under the FASTNAIL brand, using CRM and data analytics platforms, and developing proprietary self-service design selection and booking systems. The Group also focuses on training and developing nail technicians. Consolidated subsidiaries include Convano consulting, DataStrategy, シンクスヘルスケア, 虎ノ門キャピタル, アセットクリエイト, 日本美容・ヘルスケア成長投資1号組合, and Convano Investments Limited. Other brands include FASTNAIL PLUS and FASTNAIL Loco. Nail salons are located across Hokkaido, Kanto, Tokai, Kansai, Chugoku, Kyushu and other regions, with 73 stores as of the end of the 13th fiscal year, including 5 franchise stores. A 10-for-1 stock split of common shares was completed in August and September 2025.
