「Busy Bee Co., Ltd., formerly a consolidated subsidiary, became an equity-method affiliate from the first quarter of the current consolidated fiscal year because Hibiya Computer System Co., Ltd., a consolidated subsidiary of the Company, sold part of its holdings. The purpose was to enable its representative director, who is its largest individual shareholder, to retain management control and pursue Busy Bee’s growth strategy. Lovable Marketing Group,inc., formerly an equity-method affiliate, was removed from the scope of equity-method accounting at the end of the first quarter because Hibiya Computer System sold part of its holdings. The purpose was to further secure Lovable Marketing Group,inc.’s management independence and improve capital efficiency.」
