Items this document does not state (5)
These are items the company does not state in this document. We do not leave them blank, nor fill them in from other sources or by inference.
The reasons the company gives
The company's own explanation, not something inferred from the numbers.Operating profit benefited from higher gross profit due to growth in sales in the DX consulting area and an improved gross margin, restrained growth in selling, general and administrative expenses, and lower amortization expenses following the completion of amortization of certain goodwill. The slight decline in net sales was attributable to the impact of excluding アイシス株式会社 from the consolidated results. Regarding the change in market segment, the Company determined that, as of the end of June 2026, its market capitalization of tradable shares did not meet the Prime Market criteria and that meeting the criteria during the transitional period would be difficult.
