In addition, the Group is working toward carbon neutrality across all Scopes by fiscal 2050.」

For its previously announced reduction targets, the Company disclosed that it obtained SBT certification in October 2024 and reported fiscal 2025 emissions of 2,745t-CO2 for Scope 1, 18,887t-CO2 for Scope 2 and 222,051t-CO2 for Scope 3.

「Specifically, for the Scope 1 and 2 reduction target, the Company aims to reduce emissions by at least 42% from the fiscal 2022 baseline, while for the Scope 3 reduction target, it aims to reduce Category 1 emissions by at least 25% from the fiscal 2022 baseline. The Company changed and expanded its target framework from the previous Scope 1 and 2 reduction target based on fiscal 2018 to Scope 1 and 2 reductions based on fiscal 2022 under SBT certification, a Scope 3 Category 1 reduction target and the conversion of approximately 50% of electricity to renewable energy.
