Strengthening the business base and earnings power through the integration with Mitsubishi Kakoki Kaisha

「In addition, on 30 September 2026, our group entered into a business integration agreement and a share exchange agreement with Mitsubishi Kakoki Kaisha,Ltd. Through this business integration, we will bring together the management resources that both companies have developed over many years, including their technological capabilities, customer bases and business know-how, to improve business efficiency, competitiveness and quality, strengthen earnings capacity by capturing growth markets, and build a strong business base. Furthermore, by strengthening collaboration with the Mitsubishi Group, we will work to further enhance corporate value with the aim of becoming a leading machinery and engineering company supporting water, energy and industrial infrastructure. The business integration is scheduled to take place with an effective date of 1 April 2027, subject to approval by resolutions at the extraordinary general meetings of shareholders of both companies scheduled for 4 December 2026.」
