「During the six months ended in the first quarter, the number of employees at our company decreased by 485 from the end of the previous fiscal year to 108. This was due to the transition to a holding company structure on 1 April 2023, under which the water environment business in water supply and sewage and the industrial business in equipment and plants for private-sector demand were transferred to Tsukishima Aqua Solution Co., Ltd. and Tsukishima Machinery Co., Ltd., respectively.」
