The reasons the company gives
The company's own explanation, not something inferred from the numbers. The Company decided to hold an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders and submit the relevant proposals as part of the measures associated with the business integration through a share exchange with Mitsubishi Kakoki Kaisha,Ltd. The amendments to the Articles of Incorporation are required because it will no longer be necessary to set a record date for voting rights at annual general meetings after the share exchange. The compensation plan is being revised to carry over compensation already granted to the shares after the exchange and maintain incentives for the sustained enhancement of corporate value and value sharing with shareholders.
