Factors Behind Changes in Business Performance

Demand for education for working adults, driven by human capital management, labor shortages and difficulties in recruiting, and the expansion of the DX education market through the social implementation of data utilization and AI contributed to results. As a result of strengthening AI- and DX-related services, training content, on-demand distribution and the sales structure, the number of training sessions conducted, the number of participants and the number of active LMS users increased. In addition, the increase in selling, general and administrative expenses was contained through selective hiring, the use of generative AI and optimized personnel allocation.
