「Following the accident, the Company established an Accident Investigation Committee to determine the cause of the accident and formulate measures to prevent recurrence. The findings of the Accident Investigation Committee’s investigation into the cause of the accident and its recommendations for preventing recurrence were published on 11 November 2022 under the title “Regarding the Fatal Accident Involving a Company Employee (Cause of the Accident, Measures to Prevent Recurrence, and Operating Status).” The Company takes this accident, which caused personal injury, seriously and will steadily implement the measures recommended by the Accident Investigation Committee to prevent such an accident from ever occurring again, while steadily working to establish an effective management framework.」
