The reasons the company gives
The company's own explanation, not something inferred from the numbers. In the dystrophic epidermolysis bullosa trial, closure of refractory ulcers, the primary endpoint, was achieved in 3 of 4 cases. In the acute ischemic stroke trial, the Redasemtide group did not show a statistically significant improvement over the placebo group in the modified Rankin Scale (mRS) 90 days after onset. No new safety concerns were identified in either trial, and good tolerability was confirmed.
