The full-year earnings forecast for the fiscal year ending March 2027 has been raised from ¥10 billion to ¥13 billion for operating income, from ¥11.5 billion to ¥15 billion for ordinary income and from ¥9 billion to ¥11 billion for net income attributable to owners of the parent. The net sales forecast remains unchanged at ¥150 billion. - FY2026First statedAnnual report
「For the outlook for consolidated results for the following consolidated fiscal year, the intensifying situation in the Middle East may affect the procurement of raw materials and sales volumes. However, as the situation remains fluid at this stage and it is difficult to reasonably assess the impact, these effects have not been incorporated into the earnings outlook. Net sales are expected to amount to ¥150.0 billion, up 17.3% year on year, reflecting the passing on of higher raw material prices to selling prices. Operating income is expected to remain at the previous year's level at ¥10.0 billion, down 0.1% year on year, as the expected earnings benefits from structural reform and expanded sales of high-value-added products are offset in part by higher costs associated with upfront investment in growth businesses. Ordinary income is forecast at ¥11.5 billion, down 6.2%, due mainly to a decrease in foreign exchange gains, while net income attributable to owners of the parent is forecast at ¥9.0 billion, down 42.4%, due in part to the disappearance of the benefit from lower tax expenses.」
For the fiscal year ending March 2027, the company presents earnings forecasts of net sales of ¥150.0 billion, operating income of ¥10.0 billion, ordinary income of ¥11.5 billion, and net income attributable to owners of the parent of ¥9.0 billion.
