「海外・リゾートウェディング事業におきましては、緊急事態宣言発令期間における海外拠点の全挙式施設への渡航制限および外出自粛により、４月から６月までの全挙式の開催が不可能となりました。６月以降は、沖縄の一部施設が稼働したものの、本感染症拡大の懸念から多くの挙式が延期となり、厳しい資金繰りが続く状態となりました。回復には長期間が見込まれ、現状として、当社グループの経営資源が限定されていることを考慮すると、当社グループが同事業に継続投資するよりも、事業シナジーを見込める外部企業へ譲渡することが、両社の中長期的な企業価値向上に資すると判断し、本事業を運営する株式会社グッドラック・コーポレーションの全株式を2020年９月30日付けで譲渡いたしました。」

「前年に推進した営業体制の再構築により、新規受注、取扱組数共に回復傾向でしたが、2020年２月以降より、中国、米国を中心に感染拡大懸念が高まり、挙式日の延期、キャンセルが増加したことで、当第１四半期の取扱組数が減少いたしました。また、新型コロナウイルス感染症拡大の影響も勘案し、不採算拠点（ジャカルタ、プーケット）の撤退含め、将来可能性、回収可能価額等を検討した結果、減損損失14億59百万円を特別損失として計上いたしました。」
営業体制再構築による回復傾向を記載する一方、感染症拡大を踏まえ、ジャカルタ・プーケットの不採算拠点撤退を含む事業整理を進めている。
