「In fiscal 2022, we measured the regions from which participants accessed webinars in which our company was directly involved and estimated the CO2 reduction effect from enabling participants to avoid actual travel through web-based participation. The results showed that, for example, holding a nationwide online seminar with approximately 1,000 participants could reduce CO2 emissions in a single event by an amount equivalent to the volume absorbed in one day by forests covering 435 Tokyo Domes. Going forward, we will work to visualise our contribution to measures addressing global warming, as well as our resource consumption as a company, primarily electricity consumption, and to reduce it.」
