On 1 February 2024, the company established its wholly owned subsidiary ExaMD and resolved to carry out an absorption-type company split, with 1 April 2024 scheduled as the effective date, to transfer multimodal AI products and services in the healthcare and medical fields. For the first time, it stated its policy of linking business assets, including dementia, frailty and locomotive syndrome, SaMD, and joint research and development with academia and pharmaceutical companies, to initiatives following the spin-off.
