The reasons the company gives
The company's own explanation, not something inferred from the numbers. In FY2026/7, stable growth in BizReach, revenue growth driven by growth investment in HRMOS and revenue growth from new businesses contributed to results. Operating profit exceeded the forecast due to efficient management of outsourcing costs and other expenses, as well as the deferral to FY2027/7 of office expansion to accommodate the headcount increase associated with M&A. In FY2027/7, the company will make growth investments in recruitment, product development, marketing and AI, and will expand upfront investment in HRMOS.
