The Group is transitioning its business structure to an AI platform business that provides integrated design, implementation and operation of AI agents. It has established and manages 3 new segments formed from X-Tech FDE: the Enterprise AI Solutions Business, the AI Workflow Engineering Business and the DATA & AI Engine Business. By promoting the use of AI agent technology across the Group, it is strengthening its ability to support clients throughout the process from business design through implementation and operation, thereby driving business transformation and productivity improvements. Effective 1 May 2026, the Company absorbed BB Dイニシアティブ株式会社 through a merger, and the business and earnings of that company’s group have been reflected in the DATA & AI Engine Business and AI Workflow Engineering Business. This has created an organizational structure designed to generate synergies among the segments and roll out initiatives across them, against a backdrop of growing demand for the use of AI agents.
