Business overview
The Group’s vision is to “solve labor shortages and enrich people and businesses,” and it offers multiple SaaS-centered solutions to address labor shortages. Its operations are organized around three pillars and span six segments: the CGS business (NJSS, nSearch, fondesk, Photo and Other), the BPO business and the crowdsourcing business. Its core services include NJSS, a real-time bidding information service; nSearch, a bidding information search service; fondesk, a telephone answering service; Enphoto, a photo sales and management system for kindergartens and nursery schools; and OurPhoto, an on-site photography matching service. The CGS business is built around collecting, processing and providing data using cloud workers, and owns Shufti, a crowdsourcing platform. In 2023, the Group launched nSearch, an information service integrated with NJSS. In 2024, it acquired Enphoto; in 2019, it acquired fondesk; and in 2025, it made OurPhoto and BrainFeed wholly owned subsidiaries. In September 2025, it acquired 横浜綜合写真 and made it a wholly owned subsidiary. The Group combines three business areas, with the CGS business at its core, adding human-powered work using cloud workers to machinery and software.
