「As part of its growth strategy, the Company set a target of expanding its managed rooms from 4,515 as of the end of December 2021 to 6,396 by the end of March 2024, an increase of 42%. The ¥5,766 million raised through the new shares and stock acquisition rights issued with an allotment date of 24 November 2021 was to be used by the Group to acquire new hotel properties and fund new hotel openings. Since the fundraising, the Group has acquired hotel properties and opened new hotels based on its growth strategy, steadily expanding its operating platform and increasing its domestic managed rooms to 5,682. It was also proceeding with the acquisition of an overseas hotel operator, which was expected to increase managed rooms to 8,135 upon completion, an 80% increase from the end of December 2021 and substantially ahead of the target of 6,396 rooms by the end of March 2024.」
