The reasons the company gives
The company's own explanation, not something inferred from the numbers. The awareness-building promotion launched in the second half of August raised awareness of “Re就活” and increased the acquisition of active users who applied soon after registering. The company attributed the decline in September’s overall figures from the prior-year month to a reaction following the strong growth recorded in the prior-year month.
