Reason for the revision

Revenue recognition for the recruitment of young experienced hires was concentrated in the second half due to the earlier start of recruitment activities and changes in the timing of postings. In addition to proactively making investments in sales promotion and systems, the Company incurred higher costs resulting from rising prices and other factors, and determined that its current staffing and service delivery capacity would constrain the pace of short-term revenue growth.

Previous-period resultsInterim period: revenue of ¥4,363 million, operating profit of ¥465 million, ordinary profit of ¥642 million, interim net income of ¥461 million, and interim net income per share of ¥33.80. Full year: revenue of ¥11,019 million, operating profit of ¥2,332 million, ordinary profit of ¥2,654 million, net income of ¥1,892 million, and net income per share of ¥139.97.
