Items this document does not state (9)
These are items the company does not state in this document. We do not leave them blank, nor fill them in from other sources or by inference.
The reasons the company gives
The company's own explanation, not something inferred from the numbers.Although demand for hiring young talent remained high, hiring experienced young professionals for the young-career segment was concentrated in the second half. In addition, promotional investment, systems investment, training and development expenses, and procurement costs driven by higher prices all increased. The full-year forecast was revised downward because the company determined that, given its current staffing and service-delivery capacity, it needed to prioritize maintaining and improving service quality and review the revenue target in the initial plan.
