米国のデータセンター・半導体製造施設等を含むクリティカルエンバイロメント分野への本格参入と、アリゾナ州への事業領域拡大を目的に、GCON社3社の全株式取得を計画している。企業結合日は米国HSR承認を前提に2025年11月中旬以降を予定し、取得議決権比率は100％としている。
