In April 2025, we entered into an agreement with 百果園 and its affiliated company 南京金色庄園 regarding trial cultivation aimed at expanding the use of summer strawberries in China. Trial cultivation is being conducted at 南京金色庄園’s fields.
百果園 operates a chain of more than 4,000 fruit stores in China under the “百果園” name and is China’s largest fruit retailer by sales. It was listed on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange in 2023. 南京金色庄園 is an agricultural producer funded by 百果園. Its principal businesses are the cultivation, processing and sale of strawberries, and it has been certified as a National Key Leading Enterprise in Agricultural Industrialization.
