Based on the 13.3% reduction achieved in Phase 1, the Company set targets for Phase 2 including the introduction of non-fossil certificates at its 5 company-operated plants, solar power generation at the Gunma Plant, and a natural refrigerant equipment ratio of 78% in fiscal 2030 and 100% in fiscal 2040. - FY2025AdvancedAnnual report
「The Company aims to reduce CO₂ emissions from its domestic group by at least 30% from fiscal 2017 levels by fiscal 2030.」
Scope 1 and 2 emissions declined by approximately 11.6%, from 254,423 t-CO2 in fiscal 2017 to 224,940 t-CO2 in fiscal 2023. The Company continues to target a reduction of at least 30% by fiscal 2030 and carbon neutrality by 2050. - FY2023First statedAnnual report

To achieve these targets, it has divided the period through fiscal 2030 into 3 additional phases and established more detailed targets. In Phase 1 (fiscal 2022–2024), the target is a 10% reduction in CO₂ emissions; in Phase 2 (fiscal 2025–2027), a 20% reduction; and in Phase 3 (fiscal 2028–2030), a reduction of at least 30%. Ultimately, the Company aims to achieve carbon neutrality by the end of fiscal 2050.」
For CO₂ emissions, independently identified for the first time were the long-term targets of reducing emissions by at least 30% from fiscal 2017 levels by fiscal 2030 and achieving carbon neutrality in fiscal 2050, together with the phased targets for fiscal 2022–2030.
