This individual project involves commercializing and developing the New Airport Line between Yaguchinowatari and Keikyu Kamata through Haneda Airport Line, established by Ota City and Tokyu Railways, to improve express access to Haneda Airport. It includes progress toward opening the new line, such as certification of the plan by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism.
