Vertical integration of automotive interior materials and expansion of a production base in Mexico through the acquisition of Bondtex

An initiative to make urethane lamination processing in-house by making Bondtex a subsidiary, while developing new sales channels, products and medical applications for automotive interior materials. In addition, a seat-cover lamination processing site will be established in Mexico to build a local production system.
