An initiative to expand and manage performance indicators for financial support to businesses and individuals as targets in the medium-term management plan, including the number of business matching deals closed, the outstanding balance of business loans, the number of NISA accounts, and mutual fund investment plan balances, with the aim of revitalizing the regional economy. Progress on organizational KPIs as a regional financial institution, such as the proportion of female managers, will also be disclosed.
