Expansion of the Selective-School Entrance Examination Business through the Establishment of a Joint Venture with Surugadai Gakuen

An initiative to establish “Sundai TOMAS,” owned 51% by our company and 49% by Surugadai Gakuen, through a capital and business alliance with Surugadai Gakuen, and to develop an individual tutoring business specializing in preparation for entrance exams for highly selective schools. The business will use Surugadai Gakuen’s teaching materials and video courses, while also expanding Spec. TOMAS locations.
