An individual logistics hub development project to acquire the Hama-Kawasaki warehouse site, aimed at increasing the asset value of the Keihin Branch Hama-Kawasaki warehouse and eliminating restrictions on its use. The site will be acquired with internal funds and bank borrowings, and the transition from plan to actual results will be disclosed.
