Acquisition of an Indonesian beverage packaging business and establishment of a joint venture

An initiative to acquire the beverage packaging manufacturing business and other operations from the PT.DELTAPACK INDUSTRI group, establish a joint venture in Indonesia, and build an operating base. The company subsequently acquired additional non-controlling interests and is also pursuing the conversion of the joint venture into a wholly owned subsidiary.
