An initiative to comprehensively review bank branches, operations and head-office functions through BPR, improving operational efficiency and sales capabilities through ICT adoption, channel enhancement and lending operations reform. It also covers the reform and strengthening of the banking infrastructure, including the stable operation of core banking systems, business continuity, cybersecurity and AML/CFT.
