An initiative to use Building Information Modeling (BIM) to expand from building-services-focused design into integrated architectural and building-services design, and enter the design-services markets for mid- and high-rise housing and non-residential buildings. This includes expanding the BIM-based design business, such as converting CAD centers into BIM hubs.
