An initiative to develop and launch new inorganic liquid fertilizers for next-generation agriculture, and to establish and equip facilities for technologies that improve the quality of fertilizer products. It also covers the conversion of industrial by-products into fertilizer raw materials, with the aim of advancing and commercializing higher-value fertilizer products.
