An initiative to address the shortage of accommodation in the Hakuba area by attracting international hotels through external developers and pursuing the Company’s own accommodation and real estate development, including chalets. It combines land transfers, developer attraction and support for closed facilities to establish a full-scale real estate business in Hakuba.
