An individual capital investment plan to build a new frozen food plant at 畑中食品 and establish annual supply capacity of 114 million servings in anticipation of expanding demand. The plan is being implemented in conjunction with making 畑中食品 a consolidated subsidiary and is scheduled for completion in March 2027.
