Launch of new products and expansion of the product lineup for inspection and metrology equipment for semiconductor masks and wafers

An effort to continuously launch new inspection and metrology equipment and product series for EUV pellicles, EUV pattern masks, WBG wafers, mask blanks and conventional masks, thereby expanding the product lineup. This also includes performance improvements to existing models such as SICA88.
