A specific oil and gas field development project in the Yufutsu oil and gas field in Hokkaido involving workovers of existing wells, shallow-layer development and construction of production facilities to establish crude oil production capacity. This is a time-dependent theme covering the period from the start of construction in July 2017 to completion of the facilities in June 2020.
