An initiative to establish a collaborative relationship through a capital and business alliance with Maruha Nichiro (now Umios), under which the counterparty will hold 9.90% of the issued shares and have the right to recommend director candidates. This is an individual alliance aimed at continuing cooperation in domestic and overseas businesses.
