An initiative to introduce a new commuter pass service in conjunction with the opening of the Tokyu through-service line, allowing users of IC commuter passes for certain sections to board and alight at Yokohama Station without paying an additional fare. The initiative aims to improve access to Yokohama Station and promote commuter pass use.
