Acquisition of the Head Office Shiba Annex and consolidation of the engineering functions

A specific site development initiative to acquire the Head Office Shiba Annex and relocate and consolidate the engineering functions, previously dispersed across Nippori and elsewhere, near the head office. The aim is to strengthen coordination among the technical, sales and administrative functions.
