A theme involving the establishment and operation of an overseas business base in South Korea and China through a Chinese subsidiary and an equity-method affiliate in South Korea. Following the liquidation of the Chinese subsidiary, the roles of local subsidiaries and affiliates, including Korean operating companies, will also be organized.
