Continued implementation of five priority initiatives under the medium-term management plan

4657's medium-term management plan, beginning with the fiscal year ending June 2022, identified five priority initiatives: growth areas, the business foundation, new businesses, human capital and work styles, and social contribution. These initiatives will continue to be pursued under the second medium-term management plan.
