Low-Cost, Japanese-Quality EPC Through Vietnamese Talent and Offshore Design

An initiative to accelerate the design of EPC projects and enhance cost competitiveness by recruiting and training Vietnamese personnel and using offshore design, while maintaining safety and quality standards. It seeks to achieve both low costs and Japanese-quality standards through ASEAN-based talent and design capabilities.
