A theme involving deteriorating performance and operating conditions at production sites in Beijing, Chongqing and elsewhere in China, resulting in impairment losses on operating fixed assets such as molds and buildings, as well as impairment associated with their sale. This also includes the exclusion of such sites from the scope of consolidation following their liquidation or sale.
