A management theme that began with the key strategies of the FY2015–FY2017 medium-term management plan and has continued to advance the shift to an asset-light business model, earnings improvement, strengthening of the financial base, and reinforcement of the new business framework. Subsequent medium-term plans have also confirmed the implementation and progress of these initiatives.
