Bringing construction work in-house through the training of employee tradespeople

An ongoing priority is to strengthen in-house construction capabilities and a safe construction system by training young tradespeople in carpentry, foundations, interior finishing, equipment installation and other specialties, and getting them up to full productivity early through a skills assessment program.
