An initiative to develop 465W and 350W lamp systems and light sources for use in exposure equipment, while advancing the replacement and adoption of LEDs in existing lamps such as sodium lamps. For new products such as industrial LEDs, the aim is to move from prototyping and evaluation to mass production.
